Rebecca’s top 3 tips to help you step up to partner

Look at those around you – think about what qualities you admire in partners that you work with, and how you can develop those qualities in a way that’s authentic for you.

Start acting like a partner before you start the process – then it’s an easy decision for the partnership committee to make.

Don’t be afraid of business development: it’s ok if your leads don’t turn into work straight away – focus on building your relationship and listening to what your potential client needs.
