We are a small practice of Executive, Leadership and Business Development Coaches and consultants who specialise in working with lawyers, accountants and consultants. With a combined experience of nearly 100 years of working with small, medium and large-sized firms we have worked with over 1000 partners, and pretty much seen and heard most things.

How long will I work with you:

This is a difficult question to answer, as every individual is different. You may just need 1-2 coaching sessions to sort out your business case. Or you may find our coaching so useful that you work with us monthly on an on-going basis.

What will it cost me?

Any relationship with an executive coach, such as ourselves is an investment in you and your future career and happiness. You may find that your firm will be willing to pay for your coaching relationship – after all, it’s in their interests to help you succeed and make it to partner. If you rather than your firm are paying for your coaching then our fees are £250 per hour inc VAT for telephone based coaching.
