Most partner track processes for medium to large-sized firms will include a number of partnership panel interviews. These are where you are interviewed by a number of partner from your firm. The clue really is in the name. Typically in these partnership panel interviews you are required to pitch your business case to the assembled partners. However, sometimes a partnership panel interview may want to dig into your personal case.
